Michael Dischner

Owner and CEO of Florida Mortgage Connection

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York. Mike moved to the sunshine state in 1995 with his wife and son. He is been in the mortgage business for 8 years and is the owner and CEO of Florida Mortgage Connection and other affiliated companies. He has personally originated and successfully closed more than 1400 loans. He enjoys real estate investment, golfing and computers as a hobby. For him, understanding the financial goals of his clients is critical and priority number one. As he says: "For us it is always about being honest, delivering what we promise with integrity and communicating from start to finish to insure a smooth transaction. Our ultimate goal is a customer and a friend for life".

Tom Repass

Tom Repass joined forces with Florida Mortgage Connection in 2006. He brings more than 25 years of lending experience to the team in an effort to expand the presence of FMC throughout Florida. Tom was born and reared in Indianapolis, IN and moved to Florida in 1987. Prior to joining FMC, he was a Regional Sales Manager with Norwest Corporation, and an Officer and Bank Manager with Bank of America. His expertise is in all facets of residential mortgage lending from conforming to sub-prime as well as government (FHA/VA) lending. His favorite quote?....”Success is a journey…not a destination!”
